bioton is bs. you can never make your hair grow faster, same for your nails. the best thing to do is keep your hair healthy and keep up regular trims to prevent breakage so you won't be chopping your hair off so much after many years if your trying to grow your hair out.

Hair only grows a 1/4" to 1/2" a month and you can't make it grow faster. Taking biotin will keep it healthier but it won't grow faster. One thing that helps is to trim a teeny, tiny amount on the new moon. New moon =new growth. Full moon=slow growth.

not much. basically will make it go at it's "fastest" so maybe you'll get 1 inch a month. Careful biotin is infamous for causing breakouts!
