I am a male and I currently have a buzzcut. How do I grow my hair out from here? I have straight, fine, blonde hair and my hair has no problems growing fast. I want my hair long on the sides and in the back so I would appreciate advice on this.

Here's a story .. i had to go to Japan for a business trip and becuz it's JAPAN i used to eat alot of sea food and my hair grew so long and so fast and so healthy i wish i stayed longer in Japan for more length lol
