no, but geletin does... which is in jello... i think you may be thinking of like, neonatal vitamins which are known to have geletin in them so they make your nails and hair stronger and quicker. (thats the claim atleast)

nothing in jello would do anything for your hair. whoever told you that was probably just joking.

try taking prenatal vitamins. they're great for healthy hair %26amp; nail growth. They have all the essential vitamins... i'm taking them for 100 days and by then i hope to see some improvement in the health and length of my hair.

you can also try stimulating your scalp. Before you go to bed brush your hair.

try to do less damage to your hair all together.. like bleaching wont help it to grow. Regular color is fine since it just deposits.

regular trims.. Like taking less than a 4th of an inch off at a time.
