how can i grow my hair like a fahion mullet?

i dont want like a really long mullet cos they look horrible

i jus want one that comes down below my neck

whenever i go and get my hair cut they always mess it up so i want to know what i should say to them

i have a kind of a mullet growing now

its like a really short one

but i want to make it abit longer

i do not want to grow the top of my hair

just the back and i want all my hair to be the same height aswell so it all looks equal

but i want my hair at the bottom at the back to be longer
