I've been told that trimming your hair a little will make it grow faster. Of course, I've also been told that eating seaweed helps.

Make sure you trim your hair every 2 to 3 months (healthy hair grows faster). Also, stimulate your scalp (which again makes for healthy hair). And, you could try prenatal vitamins, they are good for you (i don't know if its the vitamins or pregnancy itself that causes your hair and nails to grow more). =)

The vitamin supplement biotin. I hated my haircut a couple years ago and have taken religiously for quite awhile (my hair's real long now).
